Rested & Resilient Workshop

Rested & Resilient: A 3-Part Nervous System Workshop Series with Maria

Fridays | Sept. 5, 12 & 19 | 6:30–8:00 PM

$88 for all 3 sessions | Pre-registration required

Come home to your body, your breath, and the power of slowness.Rested & Resilient is a 3-part workshop series designed to deepen your understanding of the nervous system and offer tangible tools for healing and embodiment. We’ll explore how stress, safety, and connection are stored in the body — and how we can gently shift toward regulation through ritual, movement, and intentional rest.

Rooted in Polyvagal Theory and brought to life with accessible yoga, somatics, and ceremony, each session offers both education and experience.

✴️ What to Expect:

  • An understanding of how your nervous system works — and what helps it feel safe
  • Simple, powerful practices you can return to anytime
  • Gentle yoga, vagus nerve toning, breathwork, and somatic tools
  • Nourishing herbs and foods for nervous system health
  • Rituals for grounding, release, and integration
  • A printed handout to support your learning and practice

📅 Session Themes:

Sept. 5 – The Nervous System & Safety: Learn how your body responds to stress through the lens of the Polyvagal Theory and how to recognize your personal cues of dysregulation. We’ll explore grounding techniques, breath awareness, and the power of creating safety in your environment and body.

Sept. 12 – Movement & Regulation: Experience a deeper connection to your body through gentle yoga, somatic movement, and practices that activate the vagus nerve. You’ll learn how to move with your body’s rhythms to shift out of stress states and return to balance.

Sept. 19 – Ritual & Integration: We’ll tend to grief and joy, create altar spaces, and close the series with grounding ceremonies that help you integrate everything you’ve learned. Along the way, we’ll explore how nourishing foods and supportive herbs can aid in nervous system regulation — from calming teas to mineral-rich meals that ground and restore. Let ritual, nourishment, and nature’s medicine guide your healing.

✨This series is beginner-friendly and open to all who are curious about nervous system healing. Please bring a journal and pen.

Candlelit Yoga Nidra with Crystal Harp

Candlelit Yoga Nidra with Crystal Harp with Maria

Friday, Oct. 24 | 7-8:30pm

Thursday, Nov. 20 | 7-8:30pm

$33 | Pre-registration required

Step into the soft glow of candlelight and be guided into deep rest and renewal. In this 90-minute practice, Maria will lead you through soft yoga postures and Yoga Nidra — a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep” that invites you to rest in the healing space between wakefulness and dreaming.

As you settle into stillness, you’ll be serenaded by the ethereal tones of the Crystal Harp — an instrument attuned to cosmic vibrations that inspire deep peace, inner silence, and spiritual contemplation. Its delicate, star-like tones open a doorway into meditation, guiding you into spaciousness and ease.

This practice soothes the nervous system, supports release from stress, anxiety, and exhaustion, and invites clarity, calm, and renewal. One hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be equivalent to several hours of deep, restful sleep — leaving you refreshed and grounded.
